Municipal Court

City of Mountain Park Court primarily hears cases involving code violations of local ordinances within the city limits of Mountain Park.

Court is held the first Wednesday of the month on an as-needed basis. Check the city calendar to confirm dates that court will be in session.

Review your citation for the date you need to appear in court. No reminders are sent out for court dates. If you have a question about your citation or court date reach out by phone to the Court Clerk at 770-993-4231.

Not all citations require a court appearance. Check the Municipal Court Fee Schedule to see if an appearance is required and what fines might apply. Fines that are payable with out an appearance may be paid in advance of your court date. Non-payment of your fine and/or failure to appear in court could result in further legal action against you.
