2014 GEORGIA Water and Wastewater Rates Survey Results Now Available

The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) and the Environmental Finance Center (EFC) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill have concluded the 2014 Georgia Water and Wastewater Rates Survey. The survey gathered information on rates throughout the state from 451 utilities. These results will provide you and your utility with tools and data to assist you with the understanding, benchmarking, and analysis of your utility’s rates and financial health, and to better assist your community in protecting public health and improving economic development through appropriate utility rates setting and financial planning.

In order to view the survey results, and your utility’s water and wastewater rates, we invite you to visit http://www.efc.sog.unc.edu/project/georgia-water-and-wastewater-rates-and-rate-structures to view the online, interactive residential water and wastewater rates dashboard, the final written report, and the rate tables.
